We are now able to offer a bridle fitting service covering England, Scotland and Wales, And Ireland. (subject to demand in some locations).
During fittings customers will have the option to get hold of our bridles for themselves to determine the quality and select the bridle they would like to try. Multiple headpieces and nosebands can be tried during a fitting should the customer wish, this includes snaffle and double bridles. This takes the guess work out of selecting the correct set up for your horse saving you time and money!
We will also bring along a selection of our beautiful reins for you to try should you wish.
What happens during a bridle fitting: > We meet you and your horse and talk about what disciplines you work in and any problems you have or have previously had with bridle fit. It is important we know the disciplines you are working in with your horse so as we can select the correct type of bridle, it's no good fitting a show horse with a drop noseband for example if it's not something you will be able to use. We will always ensure you are happy with the look of your bridle as much as the fit. Letting us know of any problems you have or have previously had gives us an indication as to where peak pressure may be causing an issue for your horse, whether it be from conformation, an old injury or something else. This may lead us to rule out certain styles of nosebands or headpieces.
> We'll look at a selection of bridles working within any perimeters we have set from above. We are also happy to look at your current bridle set up and advise accordingly.
> We'll professionally fit any parts you require and allow you to test ride in any parts you have selected should you wish. You're welcome to try a number of bridles, bridle parts and reins until we find a set up you're happy with.
> Once your perfect set up is found we'll be sure to write down any findings and the style and sizes of the parts required for your reference.
> You're welcome to purchase a complete bridle or parts during your fitting but are under absolutely no obligation to do so! There will be no hard sale at any point during your fitting.
As above, fittings are available across England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland subject to availability in areas outside of the south west of England. Fittings cost from £60 per horse but discounts maybe available for multiple fittings in one location. The fitting fee is separate from the cost of any items purchased and goes directly to the fitter for their time, expertise and travel expenses.
For enquires or to book your fitting please use our Bridle and Bit fitting Recommended Fitter List. All fitters are qualified and experienced in their field.

As soon as the bridle arrives, put the bridle on and take photos of it on your horse from every angle. Then what's app them to the fitters number 07912885708 and we will reply with advise. If we need to call you to help we will respond to book a live call in if needed. We can change sections as required to ensure you are left with a beautifully fitting bridle.
