Exchanges: If you need to exchange your item for another size or style please include a brief note inside the parcel with your exchange request and your return details so we can process as quickly as possible for you.

Exchange requests must be made within 14days from the order being received and sent back in unused condition with labels attached. We sadly cannot exchange items that have signs of use on them or custom made orders. All Uk orders will be free of charge to send out an exchange but outside the UK the cost of the postage will need to be paid in full to send out the exchange.
Returns are excepted within 14 days of the online order being placed and from being delivered. If you have changed your mind on an order please notify EvoEquine LTD by email during business hours 8am-3pm Monday- Friday. Admin@evoequine.uk
If you email EvoEquine out of the hours opened the notification will be counted on the following working day. If your return falls outside of these times but within 28days of the order we will issue a credit note to be used at a later date.
Items must be returned in unused /unmarked condition with the original packing and labels on. Custom orders / brow bands are not able to be returned unless faulty.

You have 14 days to return the item following your email notification to us. If the return is not received during the 14days following the return will not be excepted. Please keep proof of postage and tracking details handy until you have been issued a refund.
Include in the return the receipt of purchase showing the order date and number to enable us to process the return in line with our polices above.
Refunds will be processed on the original payment source used. It may take up to two weeks during busy times for the refund to be issued as the items have to be inspected and restocked during the process. If an item is returned damaged/ marked and not received back in its sold condition, EvoEquine will not issue a refund and return postage will be required to be paid in full to send the item back to you.
