Product Description: The Lunging Cavesson 1 Ring.
This is an up-to date functional lunging aid which has been carefully constructed to include an anatomical modern version for lunging with today's knowledge and understanding of the horses anatomy and well-being in mind.
Constructed using our modern day requirements with fusing together the established history of lunging in today's world. We have had the pleasure of working closely with the amazing Paolo Santos who is not only renowned for his correct training methods and expertise in training horses, he has trained our best GB team in working equitation.
The leather is soft but strong with additional soft gel padding to the nose and headpiece offering complete wrap around comfort for the horse. There are two side clips for the use of bit attachments. This allows the lunging cavesson to be used for riding or ground work.
In addition we have paired the lunging cavesson with our anotomical MRK1 headpiece which has been extremely popular over the last fours years. This headpiece has cut away ear placements allowing the horse to move their ears freely with a built in comfort centre pad. This headpiece allows your horses ears to be unrestricted and free alongside offering distribution of weight across the poll whilst providing pressure relief in the neck area.
The lunging cavesson can be used with a bit attached due to the clever design which offers more flexibility of use and a handy option whilst training young horses acceptance for bitting and development.
It is fully adjustable between sizes of the horse.

This is a strong iron construction not a cheaply constructed copy which will leave the nose connectors weak!
Size 1: Standard horse. This size is suited to 14.3-16.1 standard horse heads. It is the most commonly used size.
Size 2: Over sized. This size is for horses which are very long in the head over 16.1 in size or classed as a heavy/ Draft horse.
