This Rider Aid is brilliant. It displays the Hi-Way code on our Sliver signature shield to inform road users how to approach and pass you safely. The pole extends effortlessly to a meter in length to help keep passing road users at a safer distance while passing you. 

The sliver fabric is the highest quality reflective material you can buy,  it lights up as soon as headlights or streetlights shine on it. This gives the motorist a clear indication of the distance between you and the badge. 

We have fully embroidered the Hi -way code to ensure longevity and quality of this item. Each side has the horse and the car the other way around to ensure the motorist knows which way to pass you. 

 The rider aid quickly extends when required by pulling it open and then it folds up to a handy compact size as you close it to fit in your pocket or in its handy saddle bag for when it is needed again. 

This item has been designed with functionally and practically in mind whilst enhancing your safety. It is handy to use when you are off and on roads as it is easy to pop away whilst riding and to get it out again for when approaching the roads again. 

The badge is made with a non rip fabric and is beautifully weighted to ensure it is not flapping around increasing danger to the rider and horse in windy conditions. The Handle is made with a wrap around comfortable foam and finger placements to reduce bulk in the hand whilst using it and to give comfort. 


During our product trails we found that all horses were happy to have the rider hold the safty aid. But we always recommend that you practice with the pole and badge and introduce it to your horse prior to road exposure to ensure the horse is happy and desensitised. 

This item is Patent pending. It’s the first of it kind to be fully extended to suit the rider’s choice of distance and to pop away whilst riding in it own carry bag. The rider aid pole is not a whip and should not be used as one.
