This beautiful headpiece is full to the brim of anatomical features. It’s delicately padded for comfort without over crowding the delicate poll.
The MRK5 headpiece has cut away ears to allow a natural freedom of rotation and movement without impingement. The cut away ear base is further lined with a comfort gel foam to prevent over crowding the base of the ear but gives the base of the ear comfort.
The browband area has built in discreet TMJ pads to help alleviate pressure on the delicate facial nerves.
The throat strap is designed to be clear of the browband and is positioned to the side of the headpiece so a layered leather bulk pressure is not applied to the horses head and facial nerves.
The poll of the headpiece has been cleverly cut away to help alleviate poll pressure and the underside has comfort pads to help distribute the weight of the bridle away from the C1.
During our product trials we found the horses ridden with this headpiece felt more forward and relaxed allowing a more open gate and more Acceptance into the bridle.
Crafted by hand out of butter soft Italian leather it melts around your horses head instantly. Available in Cob, Full and Xfull. Havana and Black Leather.
